During the early season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe Kardahsian was being trolled because of her weight; she was not fit like her other two sisters, Kim and Kourtney. So Khloe Kardashian decided to transform herself, and today she is the inspiration for thousands of women. 

After her transformation, Khloe starred in a reality show named Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian.

Workout Routine of Khloe Kardashian

Khloe Kardhaisan strictly follows her everyday gym routine. She exercises five days a week. Her workout plan includes resistance training, cardio, and full-body exercises.

Workout Day 1

The first workout day of Khloe is the hardest and includes the whole body workout. The workout includes three circuits, repeated four times each. In the first circuit, Khloe combines cardio and strength exercises. She does ten reps of deadlifts, squats, and seated overhead presses. The second circuit focuses on arms and legs, which include dumbbell snatches, dumbbell rows, and squats, along with a 30-second treadmill sprint.

Workout Day 2

Day 2 begins with four circuits, each with two exercises. The workout starts with five rounds of jumping for one minute and a plank hold for 30 seconds. The second circuit is about 30 seconds of wall sits and ten squats. The third circuit includes pushups and mountain climbers. Khole ends her workout with planks and crunches.

Workout Day 3

Day 3 of the workout is a hard full-body circuit. The workout starts with 30 seconds of step-ups and shadow boxing. After this, she does bench dips and push-ups. The final circuit is about 30 seconds of body-weight thrusts, which are followed by 30 seconds of single-leg hip thrusts on each leg.

Workout Day 4

The fourth day of the workout starts with a 30-second circuit of high knee jumps, followed by ten reps each of dumbbell front raises and lateral raises with straight arms. Next is the push-up circuit, which includes 5 wide push-ups, 5 close push-ups, and 5 regular push-ups. After that, do 30 seconds of shoulder-tap planks. For the third circuit, Khloe Kardashian does two exercises: 10 mountain climbers and 10 kneeling to squat reps.

Workout Day 5

Khloe ends her workout week with four tough circuits, starting with the upper body inchworm, push-ups, and jumping jacks. The second circuit is about split squats, jumps, and split squat isolation holds. Next, she does mountain climbers, which are followed by lying-prone back extensions.
