Iranian Man Has Lived For The Last 17 Years On Cold Drinks

Dr. Santosh Pandey, a naturopath, and acupuncturist at the Rejua Energy Centre in Mumbai, agreed and said that most carbonated soft drinks contain caffeine and are sweetened with sugar or high-fructose corn syrup.

An Iranian man has lived for the past 17 years on nothing but cold drinks.

According to The Mirror, which cited local Iranian media, an Iranian man has lived for the past 17 years on nothing but cold drinks.

Gholamreza Ardeshiri has said that he doesn’t feel hungry, but that when he’s tired, carbonated drinks are the only thing that wakes him up.

The man in his mid-40s told Iranian media that he stopped eating for no reason in June 2006. “It wasn’t an accident, and I wasn’t surprised by what happened. “I still don’t know why,” he was reported to have said.

The man said, – It all started with a strange feeling. I felt like there was something like hair in my mouth, and the end of it was in my stomach. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get this hair off. It felt like the hair in my throat was pulling, and I thought I was going to die because it was so tight I didn’t know what to do. I don’t know how to explain it, but it was crazy.

“I went to every doctor you can think of to get rid of this feeling until a kidney and hematologist told me it would be best to see a psychiatrist, and they put me in touch with one,” he said, adding that even with the help of the psychiatrist, he still hasn’t been able to get a diagnosis.

He also said that because of this, his family doesn’t eat in front of him because seeing them eat makes him feel sick. He is also said only to sleep about four hours a night and drink about three liters of soda daily.

News sources asked experts about it to find out if it is a real condition.

If true, Dr. Adrita Banerjee, a consultant physician at Godrej Memorial Hospital, called it a unique case and said it is a lie to think that only carbonated drinks can give you energy or nutrition.

“Carbonated drinks have a lot of phosphorus, which can stop the kidneys from getting rid of calcium. This can lead to osteoporosis and weak bones. It also has a lot of carbon dioxide in it, which makes tooth decay more likely. Also, irritable bowel syndrome can be caused by a lot of sugar. Carbonated drinks also cause the body to make more of the hormone ghrelin, which makes people feel more hungry and leads to weight gain and obesity. “This can have a big effect on heart health and raise the risk of heart diseases,” Dr Banerjee said.

Dr. Banerjee told indianexpress and some other news sources said that the drinks’ high sodium content can raise blood pressure even more and hurt the heart in the long run. He also said carbonated drinks raise the risk of diabetes and metabolic syndrome. “They have a lot of caffeine, which can make it hard to sleep, make you pee a lot, and make you lose water. “Its high level of fructose can lead to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and early aging,” Dr. Banerjee said.

Dr. Santosh Pandey, a naturopath, and acupuncturist at the Rejua Energy Centre in Mumbai, agreed and said that most carbonated soft drinks have caffeine and are sweetened with sugar or high-fructose corn syrup. “So, these drinks might give you side effects, especially if you drink them often. Most of the time, type 2 diabetes and weight gain are linked to drinking high-sugar soft drinks. It could give you cavities or even make your teeth fall out. Also, carbonated drinks have carbon dioxide dissolved in them, which turns into a gas when it reaches body temperature in your stomach. “Drinking carbonated soft drinks can make you burp a lot and cause a few other stomach problems,” he said.

Experts say that changing your lifestyle and what you eat are two of the most important things you can do to stay healthy. Dr. Banerjee said Balanced Diet is only needed for healthy human beings!
