Former-President Donald Trump Attends the Miami Grand Prix

On Sunday Donald Trump former president of the USA attended the Miami Grand Prix.  He witnessed Lando Norris raced to his first-ever Formula 1 victory. Trump enjoyed the race.

US former President Donald Trump joked with Miami Grand Prix winner Lando Norris. Trump said he was the British driver’s ‘lucky charm’.

Trump also visited the McLaren team garage ahead of Sunday’s race. He met with Zak Brown the CEO of the team and also met with Norris after the race.

By overtaking world champion and current Formula 1 lead Max Verstappen Norris took a surprise victory. This is Norris’s first-ever victory in F1.

While talking with the media Norris said, “I didn’t see him in the garage to be honest, I was busy prepping for the race, but he saw me after, and he came up to congratulate me.”

Norris continued and said that it was an honor for him to meet Donald Trump.

These days in America, due to the election of 2024, whenever the Republican Presidential Candidate Trump goes anywhere, it becomes a matter of controversy, the same happened and his visit was filled with controversies.

Following Trump’s visit to Miami F1, a large crowd turned their heads to take in the update. In some time McLaren released a statement.

“ McLaren is a non-political organization, However, we recognize and respect the office of the President of the United States so when the request was made to visit our garage on race day we accepted alongside the president of the FIA and the CEOs of Liberty Media and Formula 1. We were honored that McLaren Racing was chosen as the representative of F1”
