A fire broke out at Authentic Antique Lumber on Route 17-A in Goshen, New York late Tuesday evening, sending thick smoke into the air. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. when nearby residents noticed the smoke billowing from the property.
Firefighters swiftly responded to the scene and were able to contain the fire to a single building on the premises. Although the business was closed at the time significant structural damage was sustained. But according to the sources there were no injuries reported.
Local authorities have begun an investigation. Surely very soon the cause of the fire and more details will be released as the investigation progresses. The community is relieved that no one was hurt in this accident, and business owners are awaiting for the outcome of the investigation.
