Emirates Named 2025 Best International Airline, Bags Multiple Global Awards

Dubai, November 2025: Emirates has, once again, shown why it is regarded as one of the world’s leading carriers, having achieved an incredible position as the Best International Airline of 2025, marking its second consecutive triumph at the famous Times & Sunday Times Travel Awards, and a long list of international awards accumulated by Emirates during 2025, solidifying its place as an industry leader in luxury and excellence transportation.

A Very Successful Year for Emirates

Besides Best International Airline, Emirates also received some of the top awards in the other categories, including Best International First Class, Best International Airline Lounge, and Best Long-Haul Airline. All categories included a combination of professional evaluations and reader votes, with the surveys being completed by over 900,000 readers of The Times and The Sunday Times during the awards.

As well, the airline was awarded the Middle East’s Leading Airline Brand at the World Travel Awards 2025, showcasing Emirates’ consistency in being recognised as a global leader in high-quality standards.

When Emirates defines luxury in the sky

One of Emirates’ biggest advantages remains its First Class service, which continues to set new standards for air travel luxury. Passengers can relax in their own private suites with floor-to-ceiling doors, enjoy onboard showers, private minibars, and fine dining that includes an assortment of recognised world-class delicacies, including caviar. The airline also collaborates with some of the world’s luxury brands to provide signature fragrances and amenity kits, ensuring a five-star experience in the airline industry for long-haul flights.

The airline’s First Class Lounge in Dubai is also extraordinary, serving à-la-carte dining, cigar lounges, full-service bars, and even spa showers, and allows for direct boarding from the lounge, letting travellers move seamlessly from the comfort of the lounge into the cabin.

Far and Beyond

Emirates is not only polishing up its luxury image — it is expanding its reach. The airline added five new destinations to its network, shuffleboard being Shenzhen (China) and Siem Reap (Cambodia) – reinforcing its growing dominance across Asia.

Soaring Into The Future

This year, Emirates also achieved various other significant accolades, including Best Airline Worldwide (12th year in a row) by Business Traveller Middle East, Best Global Airline Loyalty Program for Skywards, and was also designated by YouGov as the Most Recommended Global Brand.

These accomplishments showcase Emirates’ ongoing dedication to innovation, passenger satisfaction, and global service excellence. With travel demand continuing to increase as recovery from the pandemic continues to evolve, Emirates continues to be the embodiment of what modern travellers are looking for most – a luxury, reliable and world-class journey in the air.
