Dulquer Salman brings ‘Lokah’ starring Kalyani Priyadharshan in a Action Role

Dulquer Salman, the gifted actor who is not seen much in the Malayalam film space is surely present as a producer in showcasing gleeful talents. Under his banner Wayfarer films, Dulquer Salman has now revealed an action film starring Kalyani Priyadharshan as the lead.

Titled ‘Lokha’, the movie poster was teased by the makers yesterday when they announced the poster release. With a mysterious caption and an even mysterious poster reading, “The Dawn of a New World”, the production house timed their release on Saturday.

‘Lokha’ first look poster dropped with the revelation of Kalyani Priyadharshan playing the lead role along with actor Naslen Gafoor seen in the poster. The poster accompanied by a hint, “Unveiling Lokah — a world where legends come alive. Chapter One: Chandra.” While Kalyani’s character was seen floating in the teasing poster, here she looks ready to defend an incoming attack with a dagger in hand and Naslen screaming with fear behind.

‘Lokha’ Chapter One: Chandra looks to be a cinematic universe film, the first under Wayfarer Films and is helmed by Dominic Arun, the director of ‘Tharangam’, ‘Sara’s’ and many others. Jakes Bejoy is roped in for music while rumours circulate of a possible guest appearance from Dulquer and Tovino Thomas.
