Emirati billionaire Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor has unveiled a daring plan to reconstruct Gaza by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) government. His three-stage Gaza Reconstruction Plan contains both humanitarian compassion and economic vision and forms a new template of peace by development.
