The plot of the upcoming movie revolves around a retired F1 driver, the character portrayed by Brad Pitt. The retired F1 driver returns as a mentor to the upcoming young F1 driver, the character which will be portrayed by Damson Idris. The title of the movie is not yet confirmed but as per the reports the movie can be named ‘Apex’. Apex is the fictional team name for which the characters of  Brad Pitt and Damson Idris race.

The outstanding star cast other than Brad Pitt and Damson Idris including Tobias Menzies, Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, and Lewis Hamilton will also mark his presence in the movie as a cameo.

The makers of the film are trying their best to accurately represent the Formula 1 world. The F1 movie will feature real race cars. According to Collider F1 movie will be released in IMAX on 27 June 2025 and Apple has taken the rights to distribute the movie.
