BLACKPINK's Rosé Makes History as First K-pop Soloist at GMO Sonic 2025
BLACKPINK’s Rosé will become the first K-pop soloist to perform at the GMO Sonic music festival in Japan. It was revealed on December 20, but she was confirmed as a guest performer for the show on the 26th of January next year at the Saitama Super Arena.
The milestone comes after Rosé has scooped impressive achievements in her previous releases. The track was the first single from her a yet to be released album; her first studio album was released on December 6 and had 12 songs in it: the second single Number One Girl, Toxic Till The End and others.
