Aryna Sabalenka Triumphs in Badosa Tennis Clash at Australian Open 2025

At Rod Laver Arena Aryna Sabalenka (world No. 1) beat Paula Badosa 6-4, 6-2 to secure her spot in the Australian Open 2025 finale. Belarusian tennis star Sabalenka proved her strong dominance over basketball through her match performance.

Aryna Sabalenka performed at her peak level during the match by winning a tough first set versus Badosa. Badosa scored an early break against Sabalenka when she served first but the top-ranked player showed unmatched stamina. Badosa fell to Sabalenka when the Belarusian tennis great used her dominant forehands and serves to gain control of their match.

After her win Sabalenka became the first tennis player since Serena Williams in 2017 to get to three straight Australian Open finals. After their Badosa tennis match the two players hugged as a sign of their deep respect for each other.
